Re - registration for 2012

 In preparation for the 2012 season,  all  2011 players and officials
that will be with the club again in 2012 are requested to e-mail
their contact details - name - address -email address -phone number to

registrar@seafordfootballclub.org

THIS WEEK.

 This will assist with the electronic re-registration process that
is compulsary for all VCFL clubs beginning 2012.

ALL PLAYERS THAT ARE NEW TO THE CLUB IN 2012 NEED TO COMPLETE AND RETURN A
REGISTRATION/CLEARANCE FORM TO RUSS THIS WEEK.

PLAYERS ARE NOT ABLE TO PLAY UNTIL THEY ARE REGISTERED AND HAVE
READ, SIGNED AND RETURNED
PART 1 and PART 2  of the SFC CODE OF CONDUCT.

PLAYERS FEES FOR THE SEASON WILL BE AS FOLLOWS:

Senior Players (Contracted)  $265.00 (1 Membership)
Senior Players (Other) $215.00 (1 Membership)
Under 18 Player $150.00 (1 Membership)

All fees include Insurance and Jumper Levy.


All Fees will be due by Round 4 - May 12.
Mouthguards are available  from one of our sponsors
for personalised fitting. Please get your name on the list  ASAP at training on Wednesday.
80% Rebates on the cost from Medicare available.

Pre- Season Training Camp & Training Singlets
THE PRE-SEASON TRAINING CAMP FOR 2012 WILL BE

 at  BELL PARK  SCOUT CAMP,
130 Scout Drive, NYORA

 MELWAYS REFERENCE 512 S9
 (Turn off South Gippsland Highway just past Lang Lang Golf club.)

 departing FEB 24th, returning FEB 26th 2012.

 We will car pool to provide transport for the Under 18's and those without their own transport.
All those requiring transport are advised to meet at the SFC clubrooms by 6:30 PM Friday. If senior players have room in their cars, we ask that they assist with the car pool to save the parents of the under 18's a trip.

 
The cost is $50 for SENIORS and $30 for UNDER 18's. 
 MEALS AND UNDER COVER ACCOMODATION ARE PROVIDED.
 BRING YOUR SLEEPING BAG, SNACKS AND ANY EXTRA DRINKS YOU MAY WANT TO CONSUME.


 Training Singlets are $20 each, available from Shirley Sloan.

The Club is looking for willing parents/supporters to fill important positions for our
Under 18's and Colts teams for the season.Without these, the teams simply
can't get on the field each week.

Under 18's - runner,timekeeper ,interchange steward, boundary umpire,goal umpire.

Colts - runner,team manager, timekeeper,interchange steward,boundary umpire,goal umpire

Please contact Frank Tobin or Russell O'Brien if you are able to assist with these duties in 2012.
