Ben was one of the players responsible for
Seaford’s revival.
He was assistant coach in the tough days and has in Scotty’s
absence been a great captain. His clearance work and tackling
sets the standard for most of our victories. When we lose he is
always our best player, which says a lot for his character.
His marking and handball are underrated. He is at his best when
he is marking around the ground. Off the field he has become a
professional through hard work and persistence.
And his wedding this year was another great milestone.
He will be a fine father soon… Well done Ben.

The guy you need running out with you each week, tough,
courageous and the barometer of the team.

Shorty |
Congrats Ben on 100 games I have looked up to you over a lot of
those games (only because I am shorter)
Great to have you around the club on and off the field,
well done on a great footy career (old timer).
Cheers Benny!

Since
returning
from his stint at Frankston VFL
Ben has been a valuable contributor week in
week out.
From a supporter’s point of view, Ben is
often seen and not heard
and lets his footy do the talking. Ben has
won many awards
over the years including B&F’s and would be
regarded as
Seaford’s
Mr Consistent, very rarely plays a bad game.
From all the supporters and SFC Committee of
Management, congratulations on achieving 100
games.

Dean Walton |
Benny is a loyal clubman, a natural ball
winner and
has a great footy brain. His courage and
leadership on the field is second to none.
Off the field Ben is one of the funniest
blokes I know especially after a few ales.
Just ask any of his team mates.
Congratulations on 100 games mate.
