Tiger's Milestone

21 Dean Kemble
100 MPNFL Games

Round 16
9th August
Seaford  Vs  Karingal

“Dean is another Seaford junior who has come through the ranks
to play a key role at SFC.
His first senior game was at the age of 16 as a centre-half-forward and
he hasn’t looked back since.
Now he is a key backman and is ever reliable. Dean has had some setbacks
through injury but has played with pain and always put his team first.
He is one of Seaford’s toughest and most courageous players.
Dean was vice captain aged 20 and at 22 was a premiership player.
When fit and injury-free he is Seaford’s most important player.”
Scott Kemble.

“Dean Kemble is one of the most courageous players I've seen.
He played half a grand final with a broken ankle. When asked about it days later he said it wasn't broken, just fractured.  His modesty is another great quality.
He vomits before every game due to anxiety yet he is never flustered on the field.
He's taken some great marks in the past few years.
Like his older brother, he puts the team first. Dean Kemble at his fittest is the best backman I've seen in local football in the 20 years I've been watching.”

Paul Kennedy.

“They say that you can’t teach courage - that you are born with it.
Dean Kemble was definitely born with it.
It is impossible to go on to a football field and not be prepared to do for him,
what he does for us without hesitation. Without his inspiration we would not
be the footballers, nor the people we are. I know I wouldn’t be.”

Michael Kraska.

“Dean played under 18s at the age of 14 and regularly dominated.

He made his debut in the seniors soon after and has not looked back since.

An inspirational role-model, a great mate and a true Seaford person.”

Callan Date.
Dean Kemble, I have been fortunate to watch Dean mature and grow into the young man he is today, I'm not going to comment on his footy deeds, but more so on the loyalty that he has shown to this footy club, which cannot be questioned it seems to be a Kemble trait, Dean is a very important member and player of this club and one of the most humble players you are ever likely to meet. Dean its taken a while but congratulations on your milestone.
